Got my 3 boxes delivered today. Packaging was pants, some broken cases. It as far as I can see no missing items.

I didn't get my despatch email until very late lat night.

There are points vouchers in the large box of champneys & the small see through case ( sorry can't remember what it's called ) they are 500 when you spend £10 on any champneys.

I suggest you check any of the champneys sets for vouchers.

Just received all my order everything there present and correct. Both big boxes were ripped and no extra packaging inside so couple of things have ripped but not too badly. Just pleased I got everything I ordered.

Hope others arrive soon or arrive next week.

Just got 2 boxes delivered. Everything there and in ok condition but they could have used some padding to protect the items. Only a few years ago they used to use realms and realms of paper to pad out and protect the boxes.

Pleased with order but the £10 off for over £60 off wasnt taken off. Have contacted them

My order arrived this morning. The box was intact and everything inside is okay, but the box was huge and there was no extra packaging around the items - so I think Yodel must have handled the package very carefully to keep things intact!

Taking two things back. One FCUK Date Planner set [going to keep the other for me, as I like the products inside] and the FCUK Man Is Well Equipped as the boxers inside are too small for the person I planned to give it too. Will pop down to my local store with them this weekend/Monday for the refund - will only be £8, but every penny helps.

Mine still not delivered despite being dispatched last night (yodel) - just says its at the lichfield base. Rung customer service who said that chances are it was too late to be dispatched from lichfield to yodels smaller distribution centres so it could be delivered today..Not really good enough.

Did anyone else that have their parcel delivered by yodel after it being dispatched last night yet it not being updated on the system saying it would be delivered? I don't want to go out and risk having an attempted delivery...would be nice to know what is actually going on so I can actually go out if its not gonna be delivered today.:mad:

not gonna bother with the 75% online, and if I do it will be 1st thing in the morning, not worth staying up all night for as nothing is guaranteed!

Freddiesmum- mine had been updated and this morning said loaded onto van for delivery. I would say if its not at your local depot I doubt you will get it today but could be wrong. I hope I am wrong and you get it all today.

Well what a surprise my delivery has just turned up. Delivered by DPD. Still no dispatch email and account also unchanged.

The driver apologised for the state of one box, it was open but nothing was missing. The big box was loosely packed and only a Boots Botanics set was squashed and ripped at one end. The rest was intact.

I should have had 3 boxes, I'm missing the Baking Set (like the OP previously). I will phone Boots to ask if I will receive it or not. Bit of a bonus though, I received a pair of striped slipper boots (looks to be the small size) and didn't order them. They were oddly packed above the cardboard insert in the smaller box.

On another note, what a great Dove Set. I missed this in store and was surprised how big it was when I saw it. An absolute steal at the sale price!

My order is also ready to collect in store today!!

I'm pleased it has all turned up (well almost). Fingers crossed for everyone else now!!!

Well after being told that my order was stuck in the system and would not be delivered until the middle of next week I came home from shopping today to find that most of my order had been delivered despite not having received a dispatch e-mail and my order status still saying processing. However my order has apparently been split into two boxes and I have only received one box but from reading sar99nwb's post above it appears that my second box should arrive on Monday. I really hope it does turn up as it contains two large Champneys boxes which are presents for my niece and mum who both love Champneys.

Just rang my local store on the off chance any of my orders were there as I don't really trust boots to let me know but nothing waiting for me yet
