I've just checked again and both my orders placed at 3.15am and 3.30am, due for delivery Saturday are still showing as 'being processed'. I'm guessing now that when it is eventually packed most of it will be out of stock. I'll be really annoyed as I stayed up all night to place an order. I went into my local store to help my mum but didn't buy anything as I'd got all I wanted online, and most of what I'd ordered was in store, if I'd had known that I might not get my order I could have picked it up. Seems very wrong that he early orders are the last to dispatched.

All my 3 small orders have been dispatched including the one I placed around 4am on the first night

Received the 2nd order I placed today via DPD even with the snow

The early ( important ) order I placed is being sent by YODEL ( I HATE Yodel after some VERY bad expereinces with them in the past! ) :mad:

Anyway , hope I actually GET it which is always hit and miss with them unfortunately!!..

The other order is being sent by DPD as well due on Monday , so hope everyone gets theirs too! :j xx

Well I ordered at 3.45 on the sale morning. Paid by PayPal, had a email 2 days ago to say everything had been dispatched and I noticed on PayPal before there was just a zero amount. But once it was dispatched I had the full amount charged. Well since then I had a txt and email from boots to say only one parcel is ready for collection. Very strange.

Despatch email and text finally received late last night. Parcels just delivered by DPD, packing not ideal but all present and in one piece. Really chuffed :j

Mine was delivered today DPD, 1 box open, other box had been resealed, 2 items missing and 4 damaged.:(

My order (that I received the despatch email for at 10.15 yesterday) arrived this morning at 8.20. One very large box was completely destroyed and I had to carry 8 individual items across the snow from the delivery van. Very happy with the products but Boots need to look at their packaging again.
