Well, I ordered in the early hours of the morning and part of my order has been cancelled. The Ted Baker sets, in particular, I wanted.

It really doesn't seem right that people who ordered just a few minutes after the sale going live are having items cancelled like that. Really unprofessional from Boots I think.

My order now says despatched, yippee!! I must have checked it around 10 times tonight. I still haven't received an email. For those still waiting there's still hope.

Yes YODEL 'deliver' on a Saturday! Well almost, the driver (I presume) signed for my delivery with my surname on a Saturday evening 2 weeks ago at a time when we were in and then delivered my boots order on the Sunday morning. I was not impressed!!! Especially as I had reported this to boots about an hour before I turned up.

Just had 1 of 3 orders dispatched delivered by DPD nothing cancelled orders went thru 5 am wed so theres def hope for us all as only now statuses have changed at 10 pm, for delivery tomorrow considering we got a foot of snow down mind I cant see them being delivered tomorrow..

Just got my dispatch email and everything seems to have been included. Mine is being delivered by Yodel too.

I am undecided which is more stressful.
Staying up late to order online, having things jump out of the basket and then all this drama waiting for a dispatch.
Or, heading into store, joining a queue and witnessing people near fighting over products lol.
It's a tough one!

Just looked at the time I ordered, thought it was 0310hrs but was slightly later at 0314hrs. I am expecting items to be cancelled now, especially as I have sill not received an email and my account status hasn't changed!

Every year I have issues with the Boots sale and their deliveries. I really don't know why I bother with it. Maybe this will be the last time I place orders like this!

I found it odd that the large Ted Baker set was in stock for so long! Perhaps in reality it wasn't!

I got an email not long ago to say that the second out of my 3 orders has been dispatched and they are both supposed to be delivered tomorrow by DPD. Just waiting to hear about the 3rd order now. Need to go out to my WW class in the morning so hope they come while I'm in or leave it with a neighbour - assuming they turn up at all. I'll have to get up extra early to have a shower in case they come very early.

Does anyone know whether they send text messages or phone to say they're on the way? I've had quite a few couriers do that in the past but not sure whether DPD is one of them.

You might be in luck samboette, seems like there are mixed results.

It really annoys me though that people who ordered hours later could be getting their order, in tact, and those who stayed up to the early hours not. Just seems really unprofessional and unfair.

Both mine are showing as despatched and i ordered between 7.30 and 8.00am??

Maybe it depends how big and what the order includes as to how they are working through them? Mines slippers and a couple of sancutary sets and then 2 ted sets on a different order

Its just let me order the topman sets with beanine hats as well - although i expect this to be canx lol

I've had this happen with loads of differen websites,people who have ordered stuff after me after get it & I don't

It's as if they work from the top & not the other way around.

I would love to know how this seems to happen on a regular basis,why are the early orders at the bottom of the pile so to speak.
