  • i have just phoned and they said it is stuck at the warehouse and that he is going to try and get them to shove it though. he can't say if i will get the items or not.

    My big order made at 3.20am ish has been sent and will be delivered by DPD tomorrow.
    Yes!!! Hoping this means others will come though now.

    Very pleased that I managed to spend all £50 of points that I had on my card. Not so pleased about the fig and pink peppercorn scented set I bought, it must be about the foulest thing I have ever smelt.

  • Just rung customer services, thankyou to whoever left the freephone number :) - I spoke to a lovely man but to be honest he couldnt tell me much except it was waiting to be pushed through the system and he'd left a note on it to try and get it 'pushed through quicker'.. whatever that actually means? He said he couldn't say whether it would be dispatched or cancelled but that they would contact me either way... not too fussed if its late just dont want a dreaded cancellation email:(

    I ordered approx 4.30am Wednesday morning for store delivery on the 21st, had a text saying it's arrived instore......I'm very happy :j it'll be staying there for a while though considering the blizzard conditions outside at the moment :D

    Still no despatch email. I emailed customer service and they replied with a rather vague answer, "It's being processed in the warehouse and should be with you tomorrow. If you have any further problems please phone us'.

    Don't bother ringing them, they will be just as vague over the phone. Guy I spoke to was lovely and said I was the 4th person he'd spoken to tonight with the same prob but all the answers he gave were a bit vague and he couldn't actually tell me what was going on at all....

    Quite annoyed they gave priority to later orders, same with the 50% sale and the sanc/gok boxes...they seem to prioritize people that order later which isn't fair on the ones that actually stay up all night waiting for the sale to begin... I remember on the sanctuary/gok 75% off thread a woman that ordered earlier than me getting a cancellation even tho I ordered about an hour after her? Surelly she should have got them? Yet loads of people ordered after her and got their sets...god knows how boots actually allocate stock but its not fair on the early birds!

    Next year I am paying for next day for sure! But got my text from DPD now for my big order so I am happy. With the amount of snow we have i'm not sure I will get it tomorrow but as long as it exists then thats ok with me
