Yes I thought so too, the whole thing was very off.
Like I said I won't go for the home deilvery option again.

It does seem odd that the later orders have been processed first.
Still no dispatch email here. Keeping my fingers crossed though, given the previous posters comments.

I just rang them and he said that if orders are still pending its more to worry about but as my orders are being processed then its in warehouse somewhere, and theres a glitch in the status updates thats not updating as they usually do hoping like crazy this is the case x

I've just phoned boots customer services (was on for ages) was told my order was in the warehouse. Lovely customer service helper. He went off for ages trying to sort it out. Said there seemed to be some sort of technical problem but that I should receive it in a few days (should have been tomorrow). I said, 'Oh no, does that mean it will be all out of stock' and he said 'No, it's ready in the warehouse'.

So all of you who ordered early like me you may need to phone them so they can track it down for you. Got this number off the saynoto0870 site 0115 9506 1111 Hths and good luck to all

I had some orders that said processing and a couple of my items were cancelled from my order so they didn't have the items in the warehouse

I just rung customer services they don't know if its a problem with the system for not updating the status etc they won't know until tomorrow when the stuff is due for delivery, she told me if I don't receive it tomorrow then give them a call and they will know more hope this helps anyone

Hmm we're all being told different things I got told in warehouse and will be delivered tomorrow I asked what chance being cancelled and got told if in warehouse it's been packed just ready dispatch
