Yea thats what I was told if its been processed its been packed just not dispatched so fingers crossed we get our loot lol

hiya hope this helps Ive actually got the planner in front of me now as I took it out of my set and I can confirm that it is a diary, luckily I am keeping the set for myself.

Order is here, all present and correct. Neighbour took it in about an hour ago, so their time of delivery was spot on.

Just thought I would add, on the text I received from them yesterday, saying my delivery was today, there was 3 options-

1- leave with neighbour
2- change date to Mon 21st
3- change date to Tue 22nd

So although the website said delivery by Sat 19th, that date was not an option in the later text message.

I popped to the CortonWood store on Wednesday and there was very little left! there was however some small bargains to be found. Some of the make up sets had lost their lip brushes, SA was taking them off the shelves, went to the desk however (i had already picked one up) and they had taken another 0.50p off them and putting them out at a £1 each. SA asked if i would like some of them as i had got one already, and she put the one i had and those ones through at a £1 each, not bad to say they should have been £6 originally. SA's were very friendly throughout the store which is why i always like to visit this one.

Plenty of Christmas Cards and tags etc left but 3 out of 4 rows of shelves were empty.

Grabbed a few bargains for my mum for her Birthday stash as well as mine along with a nice wooly headband that is keeping my ears warm in this snow

Not a happy bunny. Called customer services and the lady I spoke to told me that they had had a lot of system errors and my order was stuck in the system. She said she could push it through and I should get it the middle of next week. I said did that mean that I would not get my order as it was all sale items. She told me that my order was in the warehouse so she could not see any reason why I should not get all my items but I am not very hopeful.

It's a 2013 diary. Boots don't even know their products

Just recieved one of my orders (the one I ordered first will arrive tomorrow) The stuff is loose in the box and I had to put two of the sanctuary sets back together in the box.
Another sanctuary box is damaged.
looks like they just stuck them in a box without and packaging and they where rattling about loose.

Hope my other order is wrapped better.
I only recieved one dispatch email this morning so don't panic.

Just called told technical issue with updating statuses but that all orders will be received as stated tomorrow
