If it helps anyone. i ordered two ted baker sets just after 8am and have just received a dispatch email and text for delivery on monday x

I ordered early wednesday morning and still waiting for dispatch. I phoned up and its not going to be here saturday as stated so he refunded the postage, apparently some orders get stuck in the system and need a bit of a shove. I'm not happy, apparently smaller orders are done first, not much hope of receiving it I'm thinking.

I made an order online Wednesday at around 11am, another the same day at 11.30pm and another just after midnight the same night and had emails to say everything now dispatched to collect in store. 1 order ready Monday and the other 2 on Tuesday :-)

Was going to go to our local shop today to see if anything left but we've had about 18cms of snow in S Wales so I'm not moving

I remember a few of us on the earlier thread had damaged or poorly packed orders, I won't use the home delivery option again.I made an order on wed for store delivery at about 5.30 and have already had the call to say it's in store.
I hope everyone get's their orders, fingers crossed for you all.

Sounds a bit suspicious to me... Items ruined yet some disappeared before they were returned to depot! Hmmmmmm.

Mines due for delivery tomorrow but still not been dispatched. Not happy and I now think its doubtful I will receive everything. Wish I had done store collects now.

Misread your post. 'On their return' still sounds a bit dodgy. Think the warehouse staff are swiping them?!! Lol

I popped into Cribbs Causeway last night, they had loads of FCUK sets originally £14 with a purse and some body butter, and wrapping paper

Just spoke to Customer Services as I am waiting for 2 orders (placed at 4.30 and 5.15am on Wednesday) which should be due for home delivery tomorrow. She went away and checked with the warehouse and advised there are a number of orders due for delivery tomorrow where there has been no despatch email as yet. She said that they will be using DPD next day service so delivery is still going ahead. She said there doesn't appear to be any items out of stock and I spent £170.00 so hopefully those of us with no despatch as yet will still get our treats.

Seems like the people who ordered earliest are being penalised. Not happy
