looks like they just stuck them in a box without and packaging and they where rattling about loose.

hiya hope this helps Ive actually got the planner in front of me now as I took it out of my set and I can confirm that it is a diary, luckily I am keeping the set for myself.
Me too but the diary can be slid out of the outer black case and you could replace it with a notebook if you can firnd one the right size?Updating .................................................

Thanks for your help. I am a little annoyed at the email response I got from Boots customer service. It is pretty shocking that they can't give an accurate answer to a simple question [or include an accurate description on the website for that matter!].
I have since bought replacement presents for the two people I was going to use the FCUK Date Planner sets for, so I might just take them back. Has anyone used the products included - would it be worth keeping the set for the products alone [out of the packaging etc]?0 -

I've just rung customer services as I placed 2 orders at 3.17am and 3.27am. Due for delivery tomorrow, was told that they can't access any other info other than its in the warehouse. I also did a small order of cards and gift wrap to store after the home delivery ones and that was dispatched yesterday.0

Still no dispatch email for my order...
gutted,but hoping its a glitch like others have suggested and that it is on its way.... fingers crossed all our items will arrive tommorow.

I placed 3 orders for home delivery at 3.33, 3,53 and 4.50 on Wednesday. They are all supposedly being delivered tomorrow but I have only had a dispatch email for the first order. The other 2 orders still showing as 'being processed'. There are 2 of each of the big Ted Baker, Champneys and Joules sets in the order that has hopefully been despatched. I was planning to give 2 of the items as birthday presents next week so hope they arrive.
I will be extremely disappointed if nothing turns up but will wait and see. Most people seem to think the delivery to store option is working better but I ordered something in the Xmas Eve sale and that arrived in store later than promised - although at least it did arrive!3 stone down, 3 more to go0 -
Still nothing changed here either. Does seem like the earlier you ordered the later the delivery. As it snowed badly here I couldn't get in to the city Wednesday so this is my only boots stuff I will get. Going to be really annoyed if its cancelled.0

I wasn't sure I could face the in store sales and when I woke at 3 am and couldn't get back to sleep it seemed like the ideal opportunity to get some bargains without having to fight for them! We'll have to wait and see what happens.3 stone down, 3 more to go0
