Apparently the courier left items on one of the trolleys so they are going back to collect tomorrow and will deliver on Monday.

I got everything except the Champneys sets but my Joules shoe set was open and the contents spilt as well.

Yep phoned and they were there, been and collected now but unfortunately fitflops didn't fit.:(

I too am happy with what I've received so far, while order still says processing, I've received all but the big Champneys set which is on the packing note as in another package, so hoping that one will arrive on monday - snow permitting!

Please can you let me know what they say about the £10 off £60 please as mine did not work either but I think it may have expired at midnight before sale started

Why Boots do that I don't know - I saw all that stuff too and it wouldn't add (around 4.00am) - then looked just now and it's all still there but says everything is discontinued and not available. Why can't they just update - other sites seem to manage!

No parcel recieved and boots have no real idea of where it is.....

Yet they can't refund my money till tommorow incase it does turn up.

Wont be using again until they invest a bit of money into their online ordering system!
