Boots sale

I just received my order...well 1 of 2 boxes! I had ordered lots of little items which arrived in a big box with no protective packaging. Literally of all the items had damage to the corners of the boxes, no major problems, just frustrating. The Joules shoe polish set was open in the box and the items were all loose in the box...but all there. I called up to see where the 2nd box was and was told that it should arrive Monday, that there has been so much snow that the couriers are running a little behind schedule and that the parcel was still in the depot...fingers crossed for Monday (and hopefully the items have some bubblewrap on them!)

I ordered mine to store. Got a despatched e-mail yesterday & another e-mail today to say ready for pick-up. Will try & collect either Monday or Tuesday.

Just popped into store to return the FCUK Man Is Prepared and FCUK Date Planner sets. No problems at all - they were able to do it at the till and put the money back on my card [despite my paying with PayPal]... That was probably the easiest part of the entire process lol!

You can phone the store direct, I know with the 50% sale alot of us didn't get notification that they'd arrive.

still waiting patiently lol but order still says being processed and no charge to my card as of yet - thank god lol as i spent way too much as things kept jumping out of my basket but when i was paying noticed they had all jumped back in - but due to the site failing etc there was no way i was re editing my basket lol

My order was compete but boxes are rubbish we're falling apart
Everything present and correct I love the little enchanted make up treasure boxes

All item recieved except the baking sets which I am hoping to get on Monday !!!!so far really happy !!!

I got the Joules set and opened it to make sure all the items were in there. The b****y shoe horn doesn't want to fit back in the tin!

When I've had goods from Boots in the past they have gone overboard with the packaging if anything. They seem to be going to the opposite extreme now.

Mine was due to be collected from store on Monday, I had an email and text earlier today to say it was ready to be collected. It was packed in a large box (twice as big as needed) but it had a kind of false cardboard lid secured on top of the contents so they couldn't rattle around too much. Everything was there and nothing damaged!
