  • That website is so frustrating. Especially since they have different items on there now than there were on sale day and you just can't buy them

It is really stupid. There are things on there that I prefer to the gifts I actually bought but, as you say, you cannot buy them...

I wish the website were more like the Body Shop one. When their goods are out of stock, they move them to the end of the section and list that they are out of stock. Then, when you click on the goods that are in stock, they actually add to your basket so you can buy them lol. It isn't that difficult to achieve, surely?! :o
  • They got added around 12.10am as I was on there. As they were added I couldn't put them in my basket. So even as soon as they were added you couldn't buy thm....pointless. Why did boots add them to the sale if you could never buy them?!

Little mention of Boots Extracts on this forum this year, (the Fairtrade stuff) was anyone lucky enough to bag any in the 75% sale?
I was hoping for the tote bag set but nothing left from that range at all! :(

Still, got plenty to keep me going.... Can't wait for next years sale; I see Boots have now started doing Yankee Candles online so hoping there will be some in their Christmas range next year so as to bag a bargain in the sale, hehe

Didn't bother with any of the gift wrap in Boots' Sale; at 20p for 4m Sainsbury's is the place to be for that:rotfl:

Aww just had another look on the site, got all excited as there was new things added, and loads that I wanted, tried to add them to my basket and tole they're out of stock or discontinued
I'd love to ask them what's the point of having the add to basket button when you can't buy them, yet every other item has sold out:mad:

Got a text a little while ago to say DPD will deliver on 26th, with options to change to 28th or 29th. Slightly disappointed at having to wait another week but glad it's actually coming.

Picked up my order in store - 3 Santuary sets & a champney's home spa box.
Will probs take the Champneys set back, it's lovely, but I don't really have anyone I could give it too, and the box looks a bit Christmassy.

You would think a company like boots would be able to sort out their website, why have things showing as available only to find when you try to put them in your basket they are not available when other things show out of stock.
Boots need to get their act together.

Boots normally use Yodel for their standard delivery, DPD for next day. I had an order (not Boots) delivered yesterday by Yodel and the driver got stuck in my street for an hour and a half. He had to come and ask for a shovel so we tried to dig him out - it didn't help that he couldn't speak much English. I did begin to wonder just how many Boots orders he had in his van which would be delivered hours or even a day later than expected. The streets are just like an ice rink (however most of the main roads are clear), so those complaining about late deliveries just remember about the road conditions. The drivers really should carry a shovel and grit with them so they can get all these Boots orders delivered on time...

Had a txt to say that dpd will deliver on 26th, which is a week late, but given the weather they wouldn't get here anyway. Disappointed with the email saying I won't be getting all what I ordered tho, as I didn't pick these up in store. Ah we'll, just be grateful I s'pose.
