Thank you :) I'm quite glad you mentioned you got the baileys sample today, as I sent off for one of these too and haven't received it as of yet...I do hope it comes soon!

I got mine a few days after I requested one

Not yet. He had to rust off to football training.( half an hour early !)
I will ask him again tomorrow. I may just make some and leave them on the side. He is more likely to try them if they are already made, and the toaster is away.

  • Different design and tune. Last years was 'Deck the Hall' whereas this years is 'Jingle Bells' and a different tin. HTH

    Thank you
    ;)I HAVE NOTHING TO SAY;)
  • Seeing the m&s posts has triggered my memory, theyve got a few half price offers on the posh tins of biscuits, shortbread etc £4.50 down from £9. Tins look lovely and christmassy aswell :)

Also homebargains by me had a lot of their christmas stock out, lots of stocking fillers, chocolote santa n reindeers lollies etc for 49p very similar to the ones i was eyeing up in thorntons but a fraction of the price bur still look just as yummy

Also had a few bargains in sainsburys earlier, they seem to be having a 70% off sale on a few bits of homeware & cookware, pots & pan sets reduced from £27 to £8, glasses and mugs reduced to under £1, bedding sets down to £4.50. Might be useful with christmas coming up and all the extra guests popping in. HTH :) x

I have no where to put it but I really want it. I think I may have to find room.

Especially when you see this one.

It makes the £40 sound quite reasonable.
  • Tbh i think i prefer the £40 one!! :) as they say " harrods taste, market price" x

I got my mother some M&S shortbread last year.. she fed it to the dogs it was so disgusting.. she accused me of trying to kill her!

Best place for stocking fillers?? I have made a decision to buy 3 small items each for child #3-11 ages 5 months to almost 18 and I want to do them all in one shopping trip.. where should I look? Preferably online.. Hawkins bizarre is my fave place but we seem to have it all now..

14y/o male geeky type.. main present.. what do we think? (He has 3DS, laptop, not interested in a phone, not bothered about clothes/shoes etc, sweets are out as he is diabetic) I am completely at a loss..

Still needing a Lush shop and a Thorntons shop.. I usually get each child a character thing with their name on.

Have Lush got their Christmas stuff out yet?

Does anyone know if m+s have their christmas gifts out yet? Or when to expect to see them? :)
