Ok didnt get the orders lol, barely moved in traffic for 20 minutes so turned around! OH left for work and 45 minutes later was still only up the road. (would take approx 5 minutes to get there usually) :eek: His job is driving too so hope hes ok today, hes supposed to be working until 10 but I bet he doesnt get home until much later! Going to go out in the snow now the come in at 4 and see if my Tesco delivery turns up.

moneysaving mumofone you are very welcome and Im glad you have got such great bargains! I did an order the other day when it was an extra 30% off sale prices, never thought they would then go a 90% off one!! am sitting on my hands!

both our schools closed at lunchtime, DD on study leave but was in school as she had am and pm exam, so OH (working at home today) went and picked her up after first exam as the pm one rescheduled, DS school close by so he walked home, I had pj's and fluffy socks waiting for them both on the radiators, a fleecey blanket each and a yummy donut, so i think they are happy! hot buttered toast used to do it for me when I had walked home in the snow as a kid

I nipped to supermarket, bank and petrol station yesterday with the snow in mind and popped into House of Fraser ... loads more Yankee candle stuff half price, I got one of my favourites Pink Sands16.99 jar for half the price and a set of Yankee aromatherapy candles which were for my sister but they are so lovely Im keeping them for me as well after Christmas it was just Christmas scents half price but they seem to have reduced loads of others, I cant see them in their sale online though so may be instore only, but worth a check if anyone looking for them x

I am in a love/hate relationship with my cutter. At the moment, it is barely used and costing me £20 a month in blades I too had ordered this in the hope of making a profitable business with it, but it looks like this may not be possible. I think it may just be my machine though as others state the blade lasts them months. I have tried contacting support, but they are just telling me it's user error (I only cut 160gsm regularly which is supposed to be 'easy' for the machine ) Am not a happy bunny!

another flying visit im afraid, but just wanted to bah humbug the weather reporters who said we were due 2-3 cms of snow today...we have at least 12cm already!!! i know the white stuff is super disruptive & stupidly cold, but my goodness how i love it! i feel soooo christmassy, and i know its very very wrong but cant help it!
