Afternoon everyone
Hugs and get well vibes to those who want them and stay put baby vibes for Skint
LW - have the workmen finished?
Been up to the shops with DS to spend some of his vouchers, he was very good, weighed up the prices of things and then chose what was best value - very proud of him. DD went to Cl@ires and bought tat - not sure where I went wrong with her lol
Have put away some more Xmas stuff, just got DS's to do, going to Mums this afternoon and returning chairs and Xmas bags so more stuff out of the way, I can then concentrate over the weekend on getting the house back to normal - involves furniture moving which I'm happy to do when DH is at work cos he'll just moan about it lol
Also planning on doing a bit of Just Dance with DD - need to get fit

MrsC I have a box for stuff to ebay which I think I will get £3 plus on, I will then do say 5-7 items on a free listing weekend. In the loft I have boxes for stuff I think will sell at the car boot and do one once a year. Things I don't think will sell at CB well, or take up too much space I charityy shop. Most clothes I CS to Oxfam for a £5 M&S voucher when I need to buy something in there. HTH
Lunch done, plan is to get DH to help put stuff in the loft and sort beds out for overnight guests then I'll clean the bathroom and then iron finish off with cooking.
How is the ironing coming along Challenge takers? The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
First HHC done, followed by lunch. Going to finish with a cuppa before getting started again.
Thanks for the ideas, dusty. Our loft is a bedroom with all storage spoken for, so saving something long-term isn't an option at the moment. Food for thought, though.
Off to look for a rocket now to place under DS1's backside to get him out of the house for work.

Hi everyone. I hope you all had a lovely Christmas. I was away all week visiting family for Christmas and yesterday evening when I returned I unpacked and did one load in WM.
Today so far I have had a lie-in and have done some tidying up and one load in WM. I have also done a bit of wedding planning. My plan for the rest of the day:
Empty and reload WM
Iron bedsheets
Strip, wash and replace bedding
Tidy away Christmas presents
Dusting in bedroom
Hoover round upstairs
Set up new cat bed
S&S bathroom
Mop bathroom
HHpaperwork
Right, off to it!0 -
