Morning All
Hi G&B
Not sure what the plan of action is today but it won't include feeding the dog as he's been sick everywhere - obviously too much Christmas dinner! I may get out of bed in a min and do some more in my BR but then again I may decide to see if I can go back to sleep for an hour.
Have a good day all
Hugs

Gosh I'm so jealous! We had an extra rubbish collection on the 17th (what use is an extra collection before Christmas?) and then NO collection of either rubbish or recycling this week AT ALL!
Am I sad that i've got bin-man envy?

Morning all

Its very quiet in my house, DD has gone away until New Years Day so I'm chilling, but I don't want the house to need too much work so I'm going to keep up with the flying while chilling inbetween jobs
- S&S the kitchen - make that "clean kitchen"
- Mop the kitchen floor!
- Get rid of the washing up.. delegation is good!
- Wipe the table/table cloth
- S&S toilets and sinks
- Do your dailies
- Delete some emails, old links
- Recycle any Christmas catalogues etc

Morning all
Nice to 'see' you, G&B. Dusty and Froddy put it very well. Hope you're ok.
We had another very late night and (this time unplanned) late morning. I'm on my second cup of tea and still getting my head around things.
Plans for today may have changed, as DH said last night that he wanted to use the car to go to an outlet. He's not up yet, so we'll see what happens. Doesn't really fit in with my plans, but I'll make it work if he goes soon. At least DS1 is off again today, so no sandwiches to make and no 11pm pick-up.
- DW/things to be washed by hand
- Wipe the table and wash the table cloth
- Put the best crockery/glasses away
- wipe hob
- S&S toilets and sinks
- hoover downstairs
- Continue with 'thank-you' phonecalls or use it as an excuse to pop in for a quick visit

- straighten cards
- continue with work on budget/calendar/diary
- marking
laundry
Delete some emails, old links
Bins emptied and cleaned out.
Find home for some of the presents0 -
Morning
Another late start for me but then we did sit up watching a film until the early hours. DH has gone in to work but I dont think will stay for long as he still isnt right, perhaps I should at least get showered and dressed in case he comes back, dont want him to think I'm a lazy slob. Oops he knows that anyway.
Nice to see you back GnB :hello:
CY - We've had black bins done today as well but the green bins which are usually fortnightly they usually make us wait an extra week but will need to check the sticker on the bin as thats the one we usually fill first.
Postmans just been and brought some more cards from you lovely ladies so thank you. Doogie had great fun ripping open the envelope in split second timing little grot bag.
mineallmine - hope the pain improves
Plan for today is a general tidy round then find out what DS and GF are doing so that I know how many are here for tea. Then work out what to eat from the mountain of food that is still in the fridge. We obviously dont eat as much as some people on another thread where she made 108 pigs in blankets for 14 people. I had 14 for 4 of us and still have 6 leftover and thats without the ones the 2 the dog had! I physically could not eat that many for a normal meal let alone as an accompanyment.
Ok so lets have a look at the list - delelted is done:xmastree:Christmas Eve - FRANTIC FRENZY:xmastree:
Declutter your desk.. or anywhere else that has all your paperwork on. - this is room of doom and wont get done in a month of Sundays
:xmastree:Tuesday - CHRISTMAS DAY!:xmastree:
Start thinking of those resolutions you will be breaking by the middle of January! lol
:xmastree: Wednesday - Boxing Day:xmastree:Write a list of presents that need thank you notes
Get somebody to hoover high traffic areas
Keep track of the food in fridge so nothing goes to waste, meal plan if required
Thursday
- Do your dailies
- And for those that are doing the ironing challenge .... HHI
- Change a bed or 2
- Hoover upstairs/bedrooms
- S&S kitchen and bathroom
- Find home for some of the presents
- When is everyone back to school????????? Not until the 8th I think !
