    Happy Birthday Pigpen

Had a brief fly this morning:
Made beds and tidied upstairs bits, put new socks and undies away
Cleared most of toys into playroom
Cleaned kitchen floor after dd milk went everywhere
    Vac LR floor
    Decluttered breakfast and kitchen dailies
    Tidied DR
    Mum s&s downstairs loo
FIL had a bonfire in chiminea with cardboard boxes and paper
Got kiddies overnight stuff in case we sleep over at aunts tonight
Been to visit granny and took her some cans of stout smuggled in as contraband.

We will be having another Xmas dinner today, leftovers, so I've left the table extended. Big family party later so I'll tackle my hair and may even put a smudge of makeup on...

Sorted most of the stuff to return and the relevant receipts. Having a bit of a it's all over but there is stuff everywhere moment. The urge to sort out every cupboard in the house etc is overwhelming!

I'm having a lazy Boxing Day as well. It's really nice to have the time to doodle around MSE, and catch up with the Flyladies.

I'm not happy that DD has to work today, but am meeting her at 4pm for a little walk around town if she feels like it, then we're having our Boxing Day lunch for dinner.

I've been a good little Flylady, even if not posting, so can take a couple of days off without feeling guilty.

Best wishes to you all, Hope you all have a lovely restful day.

Another family who've had a nice chilled lazy Christmas. We've had church stuff and feeling poorly between us, but still had a lovely time - though I will admit to needing a nana nap yesterday after lunch!

Today presents have been put away and we've tidied up, and looking forward to roast pork later with an evening of new books and DVD's.

I hope everyone has had a restful few days,

Although no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending.... life is a WIP.

Same here, but I know I'm not up to it, so I'm trying to ignore it at the moment. The next couple of terms at work will be horrendous and I've got to make sure that I'm fully recovered from this bug first.

DH deposited in town for the match and DS1 at work. DS2 and I just had a sandwich and I'm due to play skylanders on the Wii with him in a minute. Then I'm hoping to play with my new diary and calendar and I must phone MIL to confirm that DS2 is coming to hers for a couple of hours tonight while I go out with DH for his birthday (before collecting DS1 from work, so I won't be drinking...).

Oh, I'll also need to wash my hair and possibly collect DH back from the match, unless he's met up with someone who lives locally. And do tea (cold meat with bubble and squeak, fried bacon for DS1's supper).

OK, off to play skylanders. :D

Enjoy the rest of your boxing day, everyone. :D

Had a lovely day yesterday at DDs. Lunch was lovely even if I did slightly burn the parsnips. Santa very good to me.

Today been to DDs ex I laws for lunch and tea. Great granddaughters and grandsons and partners there too. Have just got home and into my pyjamas as I'm shattered.

    Flying will resume tomorrow.

    Happy Birthday Pigpen!
