Spicey could you please tell me how to do this please? It is something I have never tried but would love to and being able to put it in the SC would be even easier/better :)

We have just bought a slow cooker from Argos for £9.99 and today we have used it for the first time we have cooked Mutton casserole and it smells fab.
Its hard to get Mutton these days but we have been visiting relations on the Isle of Arran and bought it there.
The mutton cost £5 for about a kilo at a farmers market
  • Well after lurking for sometime, and noticing how many people have them, I bought a gammon hock today for £1.60 and its currently in my slow cooker with some carrot, leek, onion and bayleaves. Going to make soup with broth mix with the stock. First time I have bought one of these so fingers crossed :-)
