    hi

Hopefully someone can come to my rescue.

Trying so hard now to use up all the food and not waste good leftovers.

I have a bit of cooked chopped up beef left over from a roast. Theres quite a bit probably about 4 or 5 slices, but now all chopped into small squares.

I fancy the beef stew, got most of the things in the cupboard, but wondering if i could use the cooked beef instead of a raw bit.

If not is there anything else along this lines ot make

    Thanks

Hello! Make a beef curry , or a casseole, and add the cooked beef slices for the last 1 to 2 hours on high setting.

    Hi,

Thinking of getting a turkey drumstick for my slow cooker, having "roast" turkey one day, leftovers in a stir fry the next etc etc.

How long would you cook the drumstick for? And with what? I was thinking of keeping it quite plain - just some onion, herbs and stock, maybe lemon juice. What do you think?

    Thanks!

Hey laner welcome to MSE

What instructions do you need? I think most slow cookings normally have settings such as low or high and even 'warming'. You can pick up lots of tips on this thread of how to use it - good luck :)

Thanks for replying. My Cookworks SC has 3 settings, Low, High, and Auto. It is the Auto timings that i am seeking help with as i recall these were different from the other two settings?

I have tried contacting Argos to get a replacement copy, but they do not seem interested in helping me, hence the original post!

    Regards, Laner
