I was a bit disillusioned with my SC as it was burning things, but reading a few other threads on here, it seems my MR 6.5l cooker runs on a higher wattage and I may have been leaving it on too long
Schoolboy error, so I decided to give it another go.
Today I have cooking away, 2 diced up chicken breasts and a tomato concoction I found in the freezer from a few months back when we came home from the market with a carrier bag full of tomatoes lol.
From memory, I fried up an onion and some garlic, then chucked in the tomatoes (quartered) and added a couple of chopped courgettes too, cooked it down then threw it in the freezer and forgot about it. I've just added some balsamic vinegar and pepper to taste.
I was going to cook it all up and freeze it again (naughty naughty lol) but it smells so nice, we're going to have it tonight with pasta.
Yum yum.
