Glass of wine in, garlic in, tom puree in but not the one i wanted to use as son has it at school, beef, carrots grated, onion and mushrooms all in now a waiting game till tea time to see whos tastes better, there will be trouble if it is my sons lol:j Was married 2nd october 2009 to the most wonderful man possible:j

Made a big batch of spag bol sauce in the sc a few weeks ago and split it into three - one to be used that evening, the other two for the freezer. We'll be having the third of the three this evening - a very easy dinner! :-)0

I had spag bol in mine for dinner tonight,made it exra tasty by adding some large splooshes of Lea and Perrins.Slimming World..Wk1,..STS,..Wk2,..-2LB,..Wk3,..-3.5lb,..Wk4,..-2.5,..Wk5,..-1/2lb,Wk6,..STS,..Wk7,..-1lb.
Week 10,total weightloss is now 13.5lbs Week 11 STSweek 14(I think)..-2, total loss now 1 stone exactly
GOT TO TARGET..1/2lb under now weigh 10st 6.5(lost 1st 3.5lbs)0 -
Only just discovered this thread - it's fab.
I picked up a nice big pork roast reduced in Tesco tonight. I'm new to slow cooking so any suggestions on how best to cook it would be appreciated.0 -
We finally got around to a 'roast' chicken dinner tonight with a breast from the last chicken and using some of the frozen stock for gravy. Delicious.0
