    thanks, the kids commented that the sausages were really nice, so thumbs up, they were nice and soft.
    Are they ok to freeze, I never know whats ok to freeze and what isnt, i did the whole pack of sausages lol (love batch cooking :))

    browned sliced, Pork chops, onions, mushrooms, a spoon of honey, a teaspoon of wholegrain mustard, 3 apples, pint of vegetable stock, pinch of taragon and pepper.

    I've frozen it before and its been fine. I know what you mean about freezing stuff, although I do it with loads of things now.

    Today is going to be gammon, as we went to Tesco yesterday and got a
    huge piece which got cut in two, will have it with chips and beans i think
