    Im making lemon curd for the first time. Not sure what consistency it should have to be ready though? Any ideas?

    Had goulash in mine today - had it with mashed potato for tea, and was lovely :D

    I love my slow cooker not used it today but tomorrow i am having lasagna first time so i will post back to you.

    oh yes! Do let us know. I had asked about that earlier and if anyone had successfully made the sc lasagne? ONe recipe i read had double sheets of pasta in - not sure if thats necessary though.

    Chicken legs, potatoes (halved), onions (halved), Carrots (halved), big pieces of celery, bit of stock and seasoning, including turmeric. Delicious as always.

    oh and it's on offer at Tesco for 99p a pack at the moment - fill the freezer :)
  • I noticed today by local Co-op has some ale giong cheap as almost out of date. I think beef in beer shall be produced sometime soon in my slow cooker!!!!!
