If I were you I'd report this to the police through the link given, and phone Tesco again to demand a refund.0 -
This happened to me on 25th October last year, Tesco accused me of the same as everyone else and I must have spent hours on the phone and emailing people to try and sort it out. Same as the rest of you email address changed couldn't log on, vouchers printed £297 and spent at Burnley when I live in Altrincham. Tesco accused me of lying about having spent them moreorless but due to perseverence i got a refund, so they were aware of this happening in October last year.:mad::mad::mad:0

i asked if they can de-activate the printing option on my account they said it cant be done0

There is an app for iphone which allows you to type in your clubcard number and use it instead of a clubcard, which if you have the details off the hacked account is quite easy to do - secure my ar*e :eek:0

what does the app do, generate a voucher you can scan via the phones screen ?0

It seems to me that when Tesco are owed money (see the posts re the glitch in their computer system where payments weren't taken from Tesco Direct)They have no hesitation to get on the phone and try and get the money paid there and then...When we have lost money it seems that the problem isn't quite so urgent for them to deal with....0

Last week I recieved new club cards - thought little of it. Today I read Martin's column and smelled the proverbial rodent. Sure enough, I was told I had nothing in the original account, having "transferrred it all to Avios" - which of course I hadn't. Oh, and I have a new surname too apparently. Throughout the conversation, the lady seemed completely unaware of any issues with vouchers, even though I practically read Martin's column to her verbatim! She says they'll call me back . . . . .0

I received Martin's email this morning so logged into my account which has not been used for ages as I am saving up and sure enough all my vouchers (over £175) have gone, apparently all used on 07/02/13! I contacted Tesco who at first were quite hesitant but when I insisted that I had not used these and never used any vouchers at a store they backed down and said I would be hearing from their investigation team. An hour later, a guy called to say the Police were investigating but I would be credited in full in my May statement. They also advised me to change my password.
Thank you Martin - God only knows when I would have checked!0
