Debenhams sale on now

It seems some sort of technical mistake was made with their site.I have noticed a few items now a higher price than what they were advertised last night namely woks and frying pans! I could not add anything to my basket despite showing 'in stock' as I shopped, and 'out of stock' when I went to my basket. Most annoying.
On revisiting the site this morning it seems many items have now been removed and other items increased in price.0 -
Well after untold unfulfilled/payment reversals, I have a dispatched on one item out of loads of things. It's annoying , as like everyone by the looks of it, it was all household stuff.:A Your Always in my heart, you never ever will be forgotten-9/9/14:heart2:0

I am waiting to get an email saying that my order for the Le Creuset set has been cancelled.
Have to say though surely Debenhams simply could not afford to sell products at this unrealistic price as they would be bankrupted quite quickly.
With the advent of the internet it only takes an hour or so for thousands of us to place orders for these "glitches" so we have to expect to be disappointed.;)Stopped smoking 27/12/2007, but could start again at any time :eek:0 -
they cancelled what my missus ordered too - she is not best pleased (so I'm keeping out of her way

Well I popped into Debenhams yesterday and most of their sale shoes were buy one get one half price. I got the pair I went in for that had been further reduced to £21 from £65 (for my wedding!) plus a nice pair from Faith that I fancied, all for £36! Well pleased. They had some nice stuff left in the Bristol store, not the usual !!!!.0

Just had 'unable to fulfil' email for my original Le Creuset order. I ordered this before it was posted here and it's been showing as 'order submitted to supplier' since I ordered.0

No, technically it hasn't been debited - but is HAS been reserved so it is unavailable to spend. We're still going to have to wait to have the money freed so what's the difference?
I am also down £120 on an unfulfilled order. I can deal with the fact that they made a mistake or there system went haywire. What I cannot deal with is them holding on to my money when there is no intention of ever selling me the goods I ordered.... Grrrrrr, honestly finding so many companies online are exactly the same. Returning MY money takes so long, but they are always so quick to take it.
Anyone had their money released back as of yet?0 -

This is exactly the reason i don't use my debit card when ordering online anymore. I will only use my credit card.
I got so fed up with funds pending (or being taken) and me not being able to get to them yet the companies cancelling that i got a credit card just for online shopping.
I can't understand why it takes some companies so long to release the money.0 -

But they still have the block on your CC so its just diverting the problem?
I ended up with £60 on my debit and £60 on my credit.0
