I had the above email, i replied that small technical issues was not what had happened and the correct email should read rather large balls up.

I had a cancellation email for the second set of RD glasses I ordered and also the stock issue email. Also Im sure the Royal Doulton that is still available was a lot cheaper yesterday! x

just got my email saying 'due to a small technical issue' order will not be fulfilled. Did anyone actually get any Le Creuset? being looking for a set for months and it was my late christmas pressie to myself.:mad:

No, that's the 'Index Advance', last night was the 'Index'...bit of a difference in thickness it seems

Can i just ask, if an order you placed shows items processing (one of the items has been dispatched) does that mean it will not get cancelled or can an order still be cancelled at that stage.

I've had items cancelled days after ordering so I would say at any stage.:(
Obviously not after dispatch though

Having had two orders cancelled last night, I thought that I might have at least received one of the "sorry we're having technical difficulties" emails.............but no, nothing. So they are rude as well as incompetent.

I had an email saying my order was processing and then later a cancellation, so I'd say you can only be sure once it's been dispatched.
