Email received, 2 of my 4 orders still cancelled, not sure if this applies to the other 2 too:

Thank you for placing your recent order with us.

We regret to inform you that we have experienced a small technical issue with our stock ordering system which has resulted in a number of items on orders placed yesterday have been unable to be fulfilled. You will have received an order update detailing the cancelled items.

Please rest assured no money has been debited from your bank account.
This error has now been corrected, if you still want the order this will need to be re-placed and can be done so either in-store or online.

I made 2 orders,both before 8 o'clock, and I've just received the same email.

Last night when I looked there were over 2000 items in home section at 70% off, today there were 240 or so.#
Guess they listed things they just didn't have...would imagine 99% of things are due to be cancelled.0 -
I got the same email too maybe they sent it to everyone.. my orders say submitted to supplier placed those at 8pm0

It is so annoying when they keep saying "you haven't been charged" or "no money has been debited from your account".
No, technically it hasn't been debited - but is HAS been reserved so it is unavailable to spend. We're still going to have to wait to have the money freed so what's the difference?Living with Lupus is like juggling with butterflies0 -
How do we find out what items were cancelled? Wait out and see what arrives? According to the e-mail another should of been sent saying what was cancelled lol0
