I've an order update, of 2 items, one says despatched, the other says processing. Will the second one get fulfilled, as its not been cancelled, does anyone know? Or is it anyone's guess?

in my experience if it says processing it should be ok because they cancel any oos items straight away when they send an update on your order

Another order cancelled here. I've placed 2 orders in the past month and both have been completely cancelled.

I placed quite a big order yesterday all items seemed to be instock and I got a unable to fulfill email today very poor will not use them again

I've just had 4 orders cancelled. Annoying - took me ages. Wn't bother again - pointless wasting time when I have no idea if anything's in stock!

Did 4 orders, and every item unable to fulfil. Waste of space!!!

My order cancelled too. Not the first time this has happened. Got confirmation and thank you emails then this. Not going to ever buy from them online and I have always detested their stores so that's them finished. Back to john Lewis.

Spent 2 hours looking deciding and buying last night everything I ordered is unable to be fulfilled what a waste of my time

why do they say in stock when not?

for a big company they need to sort Web ordering stock levels other companies manage it ok

I've been lucky with sale stuff and it's all arrived - even a pair of jeans which they initially said had been despatched, then cancelled and refunded, and they turned up!

However their stock control does seem appalling, other websites seem to know exactly what is left and once it has gone, it cannot be ordered.
