Placed an order too for around £100, varying items such as glasses, dinner cups, plates etc and just got an email to update me on my order and they are unable to fill all of it!. Surely all 40 plus items I ordered weren't out of stock? Most is still showing as available online still as well.

Just thought I'd warn people before they spend ages making an order like I did!

yikes 40 items I'm just so glad I stopped at 11! Should have known it was too good to be true this long into the sale.. Emailed a complaint anyway that it's ridiculous how out of sync their stock and website are but I'm sure they know exactly what they are doing!

Yeah I've emailed a complaint too so will see what they say.
Getting a new house soon so thought all of the stuff would come in for that. More annoyed at my wasted night trawling through all the items!

I have just received the same "unable to fulfill your order" email.
I had spent a couple of hours earlier this evening on the site and ordered approx 30 items and all out of stock.
Not happy at all.

What a bloody waste of time :mad: Really, suddenly EVERYONE in Britain decides they need a potato masher? They must have, because there are none left for me apparently.

I can understand the expensive items going out of stock but they don't seem to be fulfilling a single order.

Just had third cancellation email (the purple grill pan). Only got the le creuset 3-dish set left now which was my first order, so fingers crossed. Not impressed though after the initial excitement at the bargains

I was trying to order an origins hand cream online.it showed in stock and both times I got the cancellation email every time I ordered.in the end I ended up ringing and ordering over the phone and received it.don't know why it did that though as it never sold out online

Very frustrated to have the whole order cancelled I was able to re-order a few things, not holding out much hope though!
