Yes I had a problem last year where some of the VIP sale items went through at full price online. They did sort it out, through customer services. In store they should be able to see the date on your receipt and the items in question so I would think it should be fine.....I would pop back in ASAP though.

Depends if the items should have been in the sale, I picked up a couple of things in 2 different stores on Boxing Day and got charged full price but when I took them back I had to get a full refund as they had slipped through the net into the sale when in fact they are in the current line.

I am still waiting for 2 deliveries that should have arrived on the 30th. My account says they were sent to the wrong local office so I should wait a further 1-2 days :eek: I am not sure when the 1-2 days starts from, if is is from 30th Dec, they are still late!

On a positive note never had any problems in all my years of ordering,(touching wood.) Had almost everything so far this year, (apart from things that were out of stock obviously,) only a few things to come. Had extra delivery charges refunded too from making several orders so thank you Next from me. :T

I had 3 parcels due on the 29th. 2 were delivered on time and 1 was delivered last night.
Previous 2 years my hermes deliveries were done by women and I got parcels on the day next said. this year 2 men are doing the deliveries....they don't deliver on the day and deluver at night......but at least they are arriving.....I want my lady Hermes drivers back....they were good

Think they work on a percentage of people returning the item that they have ordered and you will then be sent it if all the others don't keep it.
