just received an email back from next about the parcel sent to wrong depot, replied saying the parcel should be delivered by 12th jan, not holding my breath for it though 0

Turns out that my parcel that was misrouted was returned to next and now most of the things are out of stock.
Why they didn't just resend the items I don't know.
Don't think I will bother with the sale again. The only things I've really received so far from my £500+ order are christmas cards.0 -

I'm waiting on the 1 item I really wanted, updates say at depot since 2nd. I rang and they said should be delivered today. The courier arrived this eve with a different parcel that I had been told hadn't even been despatched. When I asked about the item I'm waiting for he said 'Oh yes, I refused that and sent it back as it was too big!!!' I stared at him, hoping he was joking but no.... so fed up, I'm sure there is no chance of it reaching the other courier and coming back to me. They are supposed to be ringing me by 9pm tomorrow.0
