I've had £9 worth of stuff delivered of a £100 order the rest are reserved, all showed a 5 week wait when I ordered.

One of these is a branded item I really wanted, just searched and I can get one for £10 more in the sale elsewhere, just wondering if to chance waiting for Next or pay the extra. Is something with a 5 week wait likely to turn up do you think? I know in the past Next have been really good and most stuff turns up eventually, but I had a later slot this year.

It's really hit & miss with the 4-5 week waiting times, sometimes I've had items arrive a lot sooner but I've also had quite a few that never materialise. If it's something you really want, personally I'd pay the extra.

Same here, I had one that when I opened the package it absolutely stunk of Bo. I cannot think why it even made it out of the warehouse as the smell was so strong. Think someone had worn it for a week with the labels on and sent it back.

I just can't believe how slow Next are at sending items out this year. I have only had a few items so far! I'm supposed to have about 25 more by tomorrow and only 2 items have been packed so far. Come on Next! Pull your finger out!!

Actually this is the first time iv ever had bulk of my parcels sent straightaway. Few more to wait on as delayed items.

Still waiting for most of my items, all on a five week wait. I think I might cancel them as I don't want items tried on by the world and his wife before they are dispatched to me.

I got a kids t-shirt in my first delivery 27th December and it looks like a kid had his breakfast in it and then sent it to me. I cannot decide if I should wash it and hope it comes up clean or return it and miss out on a lovely top ??

Phone and explain the problem.........they might offer to let you keep it with a discount.
