  • Can anyone give a quick reply please - i have a few items in my basket that i want to order to collect in store.
    Some in stock.
some say "This item should be despatched within 4 weeks."

What will happen to those items? Will they be sent to the store too to collect?
And what if they are unsuitable? Will the returns policy count from the day i receive the goods (eg. 4 weeks later) or from when the goods were ordered?

    Confused :(
if i had known then what i know now

They will be sent when available and returns policy will start from when they are collected not ordered

If you are lucky enough to actually get them in 4 weeks then they get sent to the store you selected. The same returns policy applies as usual, from the day you collect the items..

The delayed items will also be delivered to store and the
returns policy should be from the day of receipt

I have the same problem also on some items now!!! misrouted to wrong depot - not sounding good! totally unimpressed with the delivery service this year. Fed up of waiting in all the time for nothing to turn up even though saying dispatched on loads of items

I too have "Misrouted to Incorrect Depot" though this is for an order I placed with ASOS. I take it the next orders are also using hermes-europe?

  • I wonder if anyone can help me? I bought loads of items in the Next store in the sale, however, 2 of the items have been charged at full price. As all items in store (at 6am Boxing Day) should have been in the sale, if I take these two items back and explain that I've been charged in full, should I receive at least some money off?

Yes I had a problem last year where some of the VIP sale items went through at full price online. They did sort it out, through customer services. In store they should be able to see the date on your receipt and the items in question so I would think it should be fine.....I would pop back in ASAP though.
