I ordered about seven items, six were clothes and the other item a toaster. The toaster has been delivered but the clothes have a five week wait on them?


Today I have had an email from Next saying they are OOS on a cardi I ordered, which I could understand if I had a very late slot in the VIP sale. As I had the first slot and had done my shopping and checked out within two minutes of the slot opening I can't understand why they are OOS already.


Ah well, it's saved me money I suppose!

Good to hear that store delivery comes back on line tomorrow.

The Hermes delivery puts me off as the courier gives it to my neighbours. Ordered 5 items which came in 3 deliveries and she dropped them all off at the same neighbour. They weren't best pleased.

Bought 2 size 14 dresses from the tall collection. One was a perfect fit and the other was massive more like a 16/18 so that's going back.

I have the same thing -got the tracker email on fri. I phoned next & they refunded my delivery charge as should have been here 29th. Lady said to wait til weds & ring back if not received. Her system was showing as order packed. I just hope I get it as was a large parcel. I got another tracker email on Sunday & that item got delivered on Monday. Doesn't make any sense!

I'm not impressed with Next at all.

Placed a massive sale order. Some of the stuff was for my sister and said it would be here on 29th. She went home yesterday (2 hours away) and it's still not arrived.

I ordered some items to wear for new year that said they would be here for 29th, still not dispatched.

Two of my orders that were despatched have not arrived, one says misrouted to wrong depot but hasn't been updated since 29th, the other says

29/12/2012 08:48 In transit to Courier 29/12/2012 04:58 Misrouted to Incorrect Depot
and has apparently been reported missing by the courier. The lady who emailed me has tried to reorder the items but all except one item is out of stock. Not happy at all

It sounds like an awful lot of us are in the "29th Dec" limbo spot! I have 3 parcels that according to the tracker have been out for delivery since 28th Dec - no update since. I'm hoping that that means they're out for delivery to the courier - last time it didn't update quickly Hermes returned the items to Next without trying to deliver! - typically always the baby clothes orders too. Hope that's not the case again!

I have the same problem also on some items now!!! misrouted to wrong depot - not sounding good! totally unimpressed with the delivery service this year. Fed up of waiting in all the time for nothing to turn up even though saying dispatched on loads of items
