I bought an item in the sale on Boxing Day that is sadly ripped so I'm not paying half price for it. Annoyingly they had another in my size but doubt it'll still be left now. It shouldn't have even been in the sale in that condition. Can't even blame the changing rooms because they weren't open!!
Can Next reduce the item further because its damaged? And I'll ask my mum to sew it up if they haven't a replacement?
Yes, they will (should!)....rather sell it to at a discount than bin it! Pop in a speak to the Manager.0 -
Any ideas when they'll update the sale pages to include the returned sale items?0

They should reduce it further. I bought some lantern lights on Boxing Day, checked them a couple of days later to find there was no adaptor in the box, took them back, explained I was willing to source a new adaptor at my own cost (little did they know my xmas tree lights adaptor worked with them) and they halved the cost again. Good luck.0
