My items were supposed to arrive yesterday, I rang next who were very apologetic and they knocked off the delivery charge.

The delivery guy who came yesterday said he had been told he'd be having to delivery on sunday and monday - hopefully more are doing that!
I was expecting 3 parcels yesterday, and only one came, despite the others being marked as out for delivery, so I'm hoping they come today - I was due to take them to my sister's later today - if they don't come, I'll be a little stuck as I won't be seeing her till after the return period. I've emailed them to see what they say! Doubt I'll get the delivery refunded as I'd already got them to "merge" the delivery costs from 5 orders during the VIP sale!

don't know if it's the same for next but i had a river island parcel delivered today, thought they wouldn't deliver on sunday

From Jan 2nd the store option will appear on your order page.

For some reason it's not there, it's not on my auntie's account either. Maybe it something to do with the local stores in my area. I'll give them a quick call and find out.

As Badlass has already explained, it won't give you the store option until Jan 2nd, we're still in December so why bother contacting them?

Good, had 5 items in my bag but did not go through with order as did not want to pay delivery charge.
Does that mean a big update on it's way as well - i missed out on a coat for my daughter!

Sorry, I totally misunderstood! I thought 2nd jan was comig up as a store delivery date! Ill wait til 2nd to put through any orders, thanks for clarifying.
