  • I've got 20+ reserved items, are they likely to turn up? Only done the Next VIP sale Once before and got everything within 2 weeks, but its dragging on a bit now. Also does anyone know who makes the Next TVs? I got one, but it needs a dongle & dont know where to look for technical help!

In my experience the items which are said to be on a delay DO show up. Over the years I've hardly ever had an email to say they can't fulfill the order (and I've bought countless things in the sales that are showing up as "reserved").

No idea who makes their TVs - but I'd go for a WiFi bridge rather than a dongle no matter who makes it!

The Vonets WiFi Bridge is on Amazon for £16 - I use it with my Sony TV and it does the same job the dongle at £60 or more would have! :-)
  • Quick question, just wanted some opinions. I bought some jeans for my daughter from the Next Clearance section online in the middle of November. Had a quick look at them when I bought them and they seemed fine. I put them away as they were to too big at the time. However had a look at them again today and noticed there is a hole in the denim! They still have the tags on them. Would you think I could still get a refund 2 months on? I dont have the invoice I dont think but it shows on my online statement so could show that?

I've found Next really good with returns. I had a refund on a unworn coat I had for a few months, I didn't have the original invoice either, I just called them first.

I had some fleece PJ's arrive today so only waiting for 3 things now, Im keeping my fingers crossed my sheepskin slippers will arrive soon so I'm all ready for the coming cold snap :)

I returned some slippers I had bought a month ago, I had worn them and they had developed holes which I thought was appalling for only a months wear. I took them back with my online statement as I didnt have receipt, and they quite happily exchanged them for a different pair of slippers. Next are pretty good at customer service :)
Please God, help me stop spending!
  • Will take them back tomorrow then! Thanks for the replies :)
  • Does anyone have any idea if there are any large updates due? I really wanted a handbag but it hasn't come back on the sale website yet.

    Thanks.
