Lolllll! So did I.
However I ended up calling them straightaway an was old no matter how many number of times I have checked out ( I checked out about 15 times as my the website kept crashing and emptid my basket) it will be regarded as one order and I will only be charged one delivery charge. If any problems on statement then to call back

I had a 8pm slot last night (even though I swear I didn't meet the usual criteria for one... ), and got most of what I wanted for my 2 and a half year old (who's had a height growth spurt recently and is now going into 3-4yr clothing!)

Quite glad, as I was dreading the early Boxing Day start to get her kitted out (most of her current stuff doesn't fit anymore!) but now I don't need too!

I don't meet it either but got one. My SIL gets them all the time but didn't this time round?

I messaged them via the website last night and got a reply this morn saying all delivery charges after the first one would be refunded. Hth

I also emailed last night and got told 2 out of 3 delivery charges will be refunded. Happy with that

I had 3 parcels dispatched. 1 of them has just been delivered. Anyone know if the other 2 are likely to be delivered today too? They just say "Out of delivery". No mention of "courier received" unlike the one that was delivered. :think:

My order was delivered this morning. Well according to the email I have it was only there's no way on earth it fit through my letterbox like they say. It's not in my safe place or chucked over my gate. My neighbour won't take in parcels (grumpy old sod) so not there either. This is the second time my sale order has vanished into the wilderness but I've been billed. I'm hoping they can track this one down but the last one never appeared so I'm not holding my breath.

I work for Hermes and know my local courier and I've got 10 parcels out for delivery but my couriers only received one today.

ETA that I think Next despatch items from several warehouses and thats why they come in so many parcels and at different times.
