I wanted a jacket it's in stock on the website but on VIP it doesn't have my size.i have ordered it all full price but it says 5 week delivery.will I still pay £45 or will they charge me £15 when it finally arrives? Don't know why it's out of stock in my size when it isn't on next

A few things I wanted are the same, I suppose they keep a few of each back for those still shopping on the main site. They will charge you full price, but you could try ringing and see what they say, you might be lucky.

Yes I might ring them about it.i might be lucky when it goes live next week and get it at the reduced price.its a bit rubbish though when its in stock

Try putting it in your basket in the wrong size then using the drop down box to change the size. I've done it on some shoes that said were only available in a bigger size but were in stock in my size on the main site and it worked.

Has anyone ever bought anything full price and then done a return and bought it back in the sale? Does Next allow it because I know M&S don't. I'm thinking I'd rather have the bedding I want at full price tomorrow than risk not getting it but don't really want to pay £50 more than I would at sale price.

Just logged into my account and its let me book another slot for 7.30 this morning. Nothing needed but it seems unfair on those who haven't had one slot yet.

Wish i hadn't of got up for my 6am slot The one coat i wanted is OOS - every coat i've gone for this month is never in my size!! So frustrating, but these things happen to me on a daily basis haha. Not much left, especially considering the £4 delivery charge only to wait weeks for items..might try my luck and elbows on boxing day

Had a 6am slot - didn't buy a thing. Put 2 things in my basket, one was sold out and there was a 5 week wait on the other - couldn't be bothered to wait that long and pay £3.99 del on a £4 item. Looks like an early alarm call on Boxing Day for me!!

Had an email to say my order is on its way by next courier. If you didn't get what you wanted keep checking the site once the returns start coming back in. I ordered a 16 and 18 in a jacket so one will be going back.
