Definitely check the site over the next couple of weeks - I do a first round of returns on the 27 usually and as others do the same, you see a stock coming back in at the end of December and start of Jan - when most people expect the sale to be over. Next sizing is so difficult to predict nowdays that I have ordered most trousers and jackets in two sizes, so one will definitely be going back. Lots of clothes will come back but less likely with homeware and large items as people tend to order these knowing that they want to keep them.

Worth checking first thing in the morning as they refresh the listings at some daft time like 3am from memory.

I didn't buy any girls clothes as what I wanted was oos. Bought hubby the wrong size trousers (he can diet lol) and I got a couple of bits but there was lots from the summer sale and loads of Olympic clothes. Lots on 5 week wait but never mind.

Slot booked for 0930 today. Just had a quick look and absolutly nothing left that I had my eye on! I didn't get offered the slot til late in the day! Think you really have to be amongst the first!

Very little childrenswear left! Only hats for little girls. No nightwear between the ages of 4 and 11 yrs!

oh thanks everyone for bringing the vip sale to my attention earlier in the week. i had never heard of it before :-)

I had a slot for 9.30 this morning, and unusually found a good selection of tall range items in the sale (most retailers only seem to put one or two of their tall items in the sale and it's normally the things you definitely dont want).

I've ordered everything in a 10 as thats what the last two items i bought were, however if any of them run up a small 10 they will be going back.

It's a bit annoying that you cant do store collection on sale items. i live alone and work FT so i guess i will be chasing couriers around town at some point.

hello ! i dont know if i am upset or relived. I had my slot yesterday at 6.30 pm but did not manage to get to the pc till 8. I ordered 28 items at the end of it but it wouldnt take my card, tried many times without luck.
Ive just signed in to watch the sale again ( offered me a slot again now) and all what i wanted is gone... ohh well... will have to wait for the returns.
