Hi - had a busy couple of weeks but still managed some small lb losses (sadly found some £s - for my amount owing total).
VERY belated bday wishes Karb and holiday countdown HH - how exciting!! I am looking forward to being thinner on holiday this year... I won't be where I need to be, but figure it is a journey. I lost 2lb last week and one tonight so total since Jan 2nd is 25lbHave dropped a dress size which is great apart from the fact nothing fits!!
Will try to get back into routine and posting... and NOT spending... well maybe a belt to hold my jeans up :rotfl::rotfl:

Hi All,
Well done Flump on yet more weight loss!
I haven't posted for a couple of weeks, over that time I've lost another 3lb, and some ebaying brought me in a nother £200 towards my holidays! I think I need to try harder on both fronts in time for our holidays at the beginning of August.....
Hope everyone else is well!
Pennies xLBM 1.1.16 = £27096.59 - now £17,020.38
Paydbx 2017 - £3588.90/£7000 = 51.27% - number 74
Paydbx 2016 - £6487.31/£7000 = 92.67% - number 740 -
Boo
Finally happened this week... 0.5 on
and I have been slipping again all week. Not sure why, just finding it really hard. On the positive I have paid £130 of our summer hols (cash) rather than using card so that is good! Plus rounded a couple of my cc payments up to pay a few pounds extra (we are talking £4-5 only but smalls moves)
Determined to get back on track in in the next 3 days - weigh in on Wed and DON'T want another gain!

Well my weight loss had pretty much stalled. I weigh in every Monday, but since mid February, my weight has stayed the same or just a very slight fluctuation up and back down again.
But this morning showed a 2lb loss :j. Hopefully I can keep it off this time.
Not such a good couple of weeks on the £s front though. I had some unexpected expenditure when the boiler broke down last weekend.Debt free since December 2015. It can be done0 -
Broken boiler Karb ... ouch
Hope it wasn't too expensive to repair. Ours is on its last legs - they are gradually discontinuing the parts as about 12 years old... need it to keep chugging along a bit longer - that and the car!
Well done on the weight loss Pennies and Karb. All steps in the right directionWe keep chipping at those lbs and we'll get there.
HH - how are you doing? The £s for March was amazing!!

Well back on track... albeit a gradual, slow one. Lost 1lb this week
Making 25.5 so far (so 2.5 to reach 2 stones and 0.5 to reach my 10%). Need to try hard this week!
Have managed to sell a few bits on ebay ... to fund a couple of items in next size down

Did it!!! 1.5 off this week
This means I have lost 10% of my body weight since starting in Jan. :j Feeling really happy ... have struggled for years with my weight and finally I feel in control. I have a long way to go (27lb down and 71 to go!!) but I might *actually* do this!
Need to lose 1 more next week and will have managed 2 stones.
Money still disappointing but keep chipping away (not moving as fast as would like but at least not accruing any additional debt).
Hope you are all doing well and enjoying the sunshine that has finally made an appearance

Congratulations Flump- that's great news. Any tips?
I've gone back tot he Paul McKenna Book, have lost 8lbs in total. Definitely suiting me eating more often!!!!
Debt busting has been more exaggerated because of the 3 month mortgage break and because now I am 3 years down the line the interest has dropped considerably. But thank you. Nice to be in the last year although I am getting increasingly impatient!
Are you on a DMP Flump?
