Well no weight change at this morning's weigh in. I was a little worried I might have put on, as I hadn't had a very healthy weekend.

As my 3 lads were all home for the weekend, we had fish & chips on Friday night. It was my first take away of 2013 though, so I'm quite impressed that I've lasted as long as I have. Had a few beers on Friday and Saturday too, so I'm quite pleased to have survived with no weight gain.

I'm going to have to start doing this properly next month, you lot are incredibly inspiring, and I'm rubbish!!
Had good news on the horse front - I was a bit worried that she would take ages to come into season, but she didn't and they covered her last Saturday and again yesterday - they will scan her for pregnancy in two weeks and hopefully I will get her home in three weeks, so while all the eBay sales etc are going towards that at the moment, at least with luck there won't be as big a bill from there.

We won't talk about my weight at the moment - too much cake an badness last week for my birthday and another girls at work, and some gifts from lovely clients have put paid to that!!!!

Onwards and upwards and will keep reading about you lot!!

  • Had a good week this week and lost 2 lb, so if I can manage a pound next week I get my 1.5 stone award :)

I also overpaid one cc by £9 and another by £15... I know not much and not even a splash in the ocean when you look at my debt but I need to start somewhere ;-)

Well done Pennies - you just need to find what works for you. 4lb is great :):) and well done Karb too - sounds like you had a good weekend with your boys.

Great with the ebay Trudij... I need to start doing more of this...we have plenty of clutter... I just hate the posting bit at the end!

Have a good week everyone xx

Also had to use cc this month for OH expenses .. going away with work and needed clothes, toiletries etc... one step forward and another back :(

    Hope everyone else ok xxx

Apologies have been AWOL. Have done good on the debt busting but terrible on the weight front.

Took a mortgage break for three months to chuck at the debt so have paid off £5500 since Jan.

I have a holiday coming up for first time in years in 14 weeks time. 2lb a week would be good as it would equate to 2 stones. Even better if I managed 3/4 lb and 3 or 4 stone. Ought to be possible as I've lots to loose! so it's back to it from today for me.

    Nice to see people posting.

Well, March hasn't been a good month on the weight loss front.

My birthday was yesterday and my stepmother was down for the weekend as a joint mothers day/birthday weekend so I ate and drank far too much.

One lb gained last week and 2lbs gained this week

    19 Karb - Loss for Mar = 3 lbs gained :(, total loss = 11.5lbs, £1's lost = £290

Well, that's a bit better. Had a bit of a blow out on Friday as we went out for birthday/payday drinks, but I wasn't too bad the rest of the week. On this morning's weigh in, I'd lost the three lbs that I'd out on in the first two weeks of the month. Just need to try to keep going.

It's getting much harder now to keep going with the healthy food, though I am still leaving the car at home and walking to the station each day which I'm pleased about. The dog is getting more frequent and longer walks too so she's happy!

I've also taken advantage of payday to make a £100 overpayment on CC1 and a £25 overpayment on CC3

    19 Karb - Loss for Mar =0lbs, total loss = 14.5lbs, £1's lost = £415

  • Well done Karb

I am finally off the starting block. Work should get better so will have more time to concentrate on things healthy and such!

Took a three month mortgage break so have extra funds to throw at the DMP.

    2 HH - Loss for March = 4.4lb, total loss = 4.4lb, £1's lost in 2013 = £5000

    Good luck to everyone

Well, it seems like the diary owner isn't coming back to the thread. If you do look in at all, I do hope that you are ok.

Monday weigh in today, and no change from last week. I was expecting a small gain because I've been working nights over the weekend. I don't have to do nights often, and it always throws my body clock out to the point that I end up eating more often than on a normal day.

No change on the overpayment front either.
