Morning all, you all sound as if you are doing fantastically well!
As for me, well, I haven't managed to kick the demon drink yet (after going past Tesco last night) but today I'm joining our local gym with the money that I will save from not drinking, twisted logic maybe but if its not in the bank account I'm not going to spend it am I ? Also starting ww properly today, so as my weigh in day is Sunday I suppose there will be no loss this week!
Have a lovely weekend everyone!
p,s, I'm doing some ebaying tonight so hopefully I will have something towards the £'s part of the challenge!LBM 1.1.16 = £27096.59 - now £17,020.38
Paydbx 2017 - £3588.90/£7000 = 51.27% - number 74
Paydbx 2016 - £6487.31/£7000 = 92.67% - number 740 -
Well done on the weight loss so far people.
I went back to WW this morning & weighed in at 13st 2.5lbs!!!
Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeek not good.
I am hoping to get into the 12's at my first WI then will go for it 7lbs at a time - not gonna look at the whole amount as it seems to unachievable.
Anyway I am absolutely ill!!! Gonna lay on the couch, munch some strepsils & take some more Sudafed.
Will pop on later to catch up with you all, have a nice day

Hello all! Hugs to you that are not feeling well xx
Its the first bright dry day here in weeks so I've been to the water park with the dog for a good hour long walk in the fresh air, only problem was he was filthy so a dog bath had to happen afterwards.
Might go for a little run later (went swimming but the pool was shut:mad:) - will see how I feel when I've done some school work. Back to work on Monday......0 -
Evening all, just a quick visit tonight as I'm absolutely shatter and will be heading for bed soon. Worked 8 hours overtime today and I'm in again tomorrow for another 6 hour shift...no rest for the debt ridden!
Lovely to hear you are losing the lbs...even if it's a half a pound its better than putting anymore on. I gave the gym a miss today and its closed on sunday's so wont get anymore exercise until Monday now.
Money wise, still nothing to report, sometimes wish I was paid weekly that way I could be doing something every week rather than sitting waiting for payday.0 -
If I got paid weekly I would probably not pay any bills!!
I used to hate monthly pay but now I think its better.
I would love to be able to pay off bills every week though

Hello all! Hope we've had a good day?
Spent virtually all day marking blo*dy books  They're all done now though.
I did manage to drag myself out for a 5km run this morning though and then do a couple of dog walks so quite a bit of exercise done. I have stuck to the diet over the weekend and had plenty of fruit and veg so hopefully that will show on the scales on Friday, providing I can still be good when back in work tomorrow.
Managed another NSD today too0 -
Ok, Monday morning weigh in, and 3 lbs lost. Also, a £150 credit card overpayment to report.
Unfortunately, due to a chest infection, I haven't been able to start exercising yet. I suspect that most of the weight loss is due to the norovirus I had over New Year. But I have cut out alcohol, am eating a bit more sensibly and have started walking to the station (20 mins each way) instead of driving, so its small steps in the right direction.
I'm only including payments over the minimum repayment in the £1s lost section (and subtracting anything that I've put onto credit cards).
19 Karb - Loss for Jan = 3lb, total loss = 3lb, £1's lost = £150Debt free since December 2015. It can be done0 -
Evening all
Well 2 days until my first weigh day and really hope I get a good result. I joined SW on Wed night as planned and have been following their extra easy plan. I have NEVER eaten as much fruit and veg! I must admit not feeling hungry ... but I have had a few cravings for sugar... I know I can have some as 'syns' but trying not t where possible as that it where I fall off the wagon.
Well done everyone on losses so far and well done to those who have made it to the gym. I can't get this week due to work commitments but have 3 sessions planned for next week.
Good point Karb on taking off anything you spend on cc. And a huge congrats on the 3lb and the overpayment. Great going!
Off to do my tea... don't know about you all but I have never thought about food so much ;-) Driving family mad... but I need to plan meals as not doing so (and having snacks instead) is how I got here
Hope you all have a good week xx.0 -
