Evening. Small grumpy things away to bed. They are sharing in the spare room, for some reason. Hoping we can all get some better sleep. Finally stripped my bed and wm is going. Table is out and linen on.

Didn't visit granny as my mum said she had been and granny was exhausted, so we've agreed I'll go boxing day morning.

Back in a mo, I hear little footsteps...

ETA ok dd is now in my bed. She has been told no more getting up. Clearly she has had too much medicine as she is all chirpy and awake now

Other than hang the washing up, I haven't really anything to do. So I have a large glass of baileys and some prawn cocktail crisps :D

LW I really feel for you with all the heating problems going on. I hope Mr LW's employers are kind and allow him Thursday at home.

DH, DD1, DS3 and DD2 and I all went to see SS and his fiancee. She was glowing, even with a hangover. He looked dog rough! Her ring is lovely and the wedding is provisionally taking place in Summer 2014. SS said August which worries me as that's when DS2 is going on his megabucks school trip to SingapOre and Malays1a. He said several conflicting things such as not wanting to spend alot of money then mentionining that they wanted to marry abroad. I'm going to start ebaying with a vengance to fund DS's trip and the probably 7 x airfare and hotel accomodation for SS's wedding. Please nag me if I'm slacking in the new year.

This horrible cold is still dragging me down. I feel quite horrendous with it. I've taken everything the chemist had to offer in combination and am disappointed to say that it makes no difference to the way I am feeling.

I have a little bit of ironing to do tonight but am looking forward to putting my feet up and drinking a few glasses of vino.

Back for a bit of advice really ive just had my @sda delivery dropped off and all looked fine just unpacking a bag of cleaning stuff and as unpacking bleach n toilet cleaner etc im now covered in bleach ive a black top on granted its an old one I wear to work etc but its now splattered with brown bleach marks obviously the bleach had been dripping for a while do you think its worth while complaining luckily I unpacked everything on worktops so nothing else damaged do u think its worth complaining or just let it go, thank goodness im not allergic to bleach tho as my arms are covered in the stuff or were!!

I would complain - for a start it means you haven't got a full bottle of bleach  and who knows what else it dripped on!
