Written a few cards to post, just need to get DS3 to sign them in the morning then I'll post them.
Major wrapping day for me tomorrow followed by a bit of fresh air making sure both mine and my neighours brown bins are rammed full for collection.
Really hoping DS3 sleeps tonight for everybodies sake and sanity. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -

msgnomey look after your back please! A day's TOTAL rest may be in order, and no feeling guilty if you are not fully fit for work.

Random question - I have thick wavy hair and a round face; if I have my hair cut from just below shoulder length to just below the chin in a long layered bob sort of style will that make my face look thinner or fatter??
Hi Bonnie
I've got a round face and generally do not suit a chin length bob - but I've got straight hair, so wavy hair may make a difference. However, if the hairdresser can cut the sides at an angle - so it slopes to the jaw - it usually looks better! Apparently, the more 'angles' they can cut in to the hair, the better it suits a rounded face.
However, I look a b@@@@r with a short fringe! Fat faced and awful!! I find a 'fuller' face also needs an angled and wispy fringe - after once having the hairdresser from hell who made my face look like a pea on a drum!! And certainly not a nice look in a silver, flying suit!!!
Good luck, R x0 -

Morning All
Touch wood I seemed to sleep better last night but whether that was a sign of getting better or just sheer exhaustion I'm not sure!
Going to have a bath now as I didn't have one last night and then get ready for work.
If I have time I might look at something off the list.
Have a good day all
Hugs

Morning all. Healthy vibes to all who need them in time for Xmas. I am in again this week, thanks for the list Dusty. I am hoping that the paid stuff will be quieter in the run up to the big day and that I will be left with some energy to do flying. Not having young children I have no appointments/plays this week to distract me either.
Ok, so I've read the list and have given up on sending any cards so this is my version for today:
Walk dogs
Shampoo LR infamous cream rug
S&S downstairs loo
Dust LR
Dust HSL
Sweep/mop/hoover floors downstairs and stairs and landing.
Have a great day everyone.Spend less now, work less later.0 -
I'm in again
Declutter 300 things in December challenge, 9/300. Clear the living room. Re-organize storage

Fab thread: Long daily walks0 -
Morning ladies
Thanks for the lists - I didn't manage hardly anything last week due to the paid stuff and the house has suffered for it. I've just decluttered everyone to various locations and I'm going to go for broke today,
WM on, TD on, our bed stripped, dog walked. Just enough time for a cuppa and a catch up ready for a HH something at 9.30 - anyone with me?
Re round faces and haircuts. I have wavy hair which was in a chin length bob and I found I looked like Velma off Scooby Doo - especially in winter with woolie jumpers and then my reading glasses - SO NOT A GOOD LOOK!!! However, as Rowan says, a different hairdresser maximised my waves and made a very angled bob and it was FABULOUS!!!!!!!! The back was quite short and the front had thinned out wispy ends at chin level. Coupled with a bright red hair colour it was dead funky.
HTH
Seize the day!
