    Thankyou for the lists!

Am in the office tomorrow as I left my lappy there since i went out straight from work for our Xmas party. But I've had quite a tidy round downstairs and DS did the carpet sweeper in the lounge this morning :A

Will have a playroom tidy and toy organise (again) tomorrow, and hopefully another hh wrap (done 3 pressies tonight).

Asked mil what she wants for birthday and she said an old fashioned tea party, lol, so I told DS and he said we can make her a cake like a tiger, lol. So, we'll go buy some party bits on Thursday or Friday. Pass the parcel with leftover Christmas wrap :D jelly and ice cream, cake with candles and maybe cheese and pickled onions on sticks :rotfl:

Thanks for the list Dusty, I so needed this one tomorrow :D My living room looks like a bomb has hit it, big time. I have got the tree up but it is undecorated :( Although it hasn't looked this good, plain, for ages :D Oh wait it has the angel on the top of it :D And I've put the lights around the living room window (indoors) and they are now glowing - although I did manage to kill them beforehand, but DH rescued them :D

Ceiling is now finished :T :j :T But I have a heck of a job to do in the kitchen to get it looking normal  Am out two mornings this week, and one afternoon, I have no idea when I am going to get anything done. I haven't even had a chance to have a bath this morning..lol Will have one before bed :D

Oh gawds just remembered I have to bag up 5lbs of mince  Better go and do that in a min and then pop in the freezer before it goes off.

Hugs to everyone, and gentle hugs to all the poorlies.

Hi, I would like to join and I would like to join the ironing challenge. :xmastree: I don't know if you still use Christmas trees for newbies ( I've been here before :o ) but here's one, it's seasonal as well :D

I need to stay on track before Christmas as suddenly we've got more people at home....it was just dh, me and ds3, but ds2 has come home from university for the holidays, and ds1 has had to move back in with us ( awful things going on in his shared house, he had to get out)

So five of us in small terraced house, which was fine when they were all smaller, but it's a tad snug now....
  • Evening all

    Evening all!

Ihave had a bit of a busy day, church, shopping (spent too much) and then OH decided it would be a good idea to move the telly out of the LR (we never watch it) and into the spare room.

It meant that we had to clean and rearrange the spare room and the LR and I already had the kitchen to sort and the bathroom to clean AND the study was a complete PIT!!!

However all is now almost done and things are in place and I have to agree that it looks good.
I have sadly !!!!!!ed my back doing it tho' so I'm off in the bath and then to bed, if it's still bad tomorrow I may not go to work (eeeeeeek, I'm NEVER off sick):eek::eek::eek:

Anyway thanks for the lists and the inspiration, I'll try to keep up if my back can stand it!
Go hopefully into each new day, enjoy something from every day no matter how small, you never know when it will be your last
