Is it £750 to move through in April or is it still 1000?

Can we still move 750/1000 in to one account from external then move internally between accounts or does each account need to be funded from an external source now?
    I think....

    Changes effective from 2nd May.

Internal transfers have not been excluded in the notice of variation.

The changes start from May, so April is still £1000.

Cycling through accounts is still ok as far as I'm aware, external funding has not been stipulated. (Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.)

    Yes, my thoughts also.

I only chose the lottery dd's for speed in an effort to err on the side of caution.

You never know, one of us might just win big with our temporary dd purchases. ;)

Well I didn't win big but my first lottery dd won me a tenner. :D

Looks like Halifax did me a favour making me set up dd's in a rush. :rotfl:

Same here, but I did have a slightly higher hope after I received the email from the National Lottery and was most disappointed when I logged in and found out it was a tenner!

Brilliant - at least you have covered your payment out.

(I have won nothing yet, might change the numbers).

    (D)D-day is here.

Had a quick scout on the Halifax current account page, it now looks like you can also personalise your debit card for free (well, at least the first time):

just checked on my online banking and I've not had the £5 paid in yet. I'm not getting worried yet as last month it was paid on the 2nd, although this was prob due to the bank holiday. Anyone had there payment go in yet?

I've had 3 DD paid out in April, paid in £100 and cleared my interest free overdraft on the 30th of April, so can't see any reason why I shouldn't have been paid.
