Not had the £5 in mine either yet - met all conditions and it usually is on the first working day of the month so is a little worrying - will wait and see what happens tomorrow...

Its always paid on the second day of the month, with the date of the payment showing the first of the month and has been since the reward account came into existence.

The only time it changes is if the first of the month falls on a bank holiday, then its always the first banking day of the month.

Reward's are usually showing on the 2nd (dated 1st), unless bank holidays get in the way.

yes, meant to put 1,000, but it seems from other posts we won't see they payment until tomorrow.

When should we expect to find out weather or not the "rewards" criteria has been meet?

I think, I may possibly have left it to late in setting-up the direct debits, and expecting to be down graded to a std current account.

I guess when ever Halifax decide to review your account and see if you meet the criteria, that could be in a week a month 6 months a year.

Were not privy to the internal goings on of HBOS!!!

This month's Reward is based on the £1K deposit made in April.

June's Reward payment will be made if you deposit £750 this month, and have paid 2 x DDs.

Are you saying you won't have paid any DDs this month? How do you know?...today is only the 2nd, so there's plenty of time.
