It does now have a date where its last paid but it just still says not known where it should say monthly like on my other main reward account direct debits. I hope thit wont stop them from classing them as monthlyThanx

You're reading something into the terms and conditions that isn't there to start with. It says that two Direct Debits need to be set up on your account, but there is no mention regarding the frequency of the payments.0 -

To be fair, the OP mentioned monthly and the Notice of Variation says:
"Have a minimum of two different direct debit mandates paid from your account each calendar month"
If the DD's have been paid, and continue to be paid, you should be fine though.0 -

They don't have to be paid now, there was not an April deadline for them to have to have been paid.Herman - MP for all!0 -

The Notice of Variation for payment of the £5 reward payment state you need at least two different direct debits paid each month - how rigid they will be with that I guess people will have to wait and see.

I set up my phone bill and TV licence as DDs last week (6 April). Phone bill is now showing under DDs but TV licence isn't.
