Morning everyone,
Long time since I last posted. I finished work on Friday and now have four weeks off before going back - it will give me the opportunity to sort my life out!
Travelling to Leeds every week has meant that my life is in disarray and with an MBA to complete (exam on Thursday! ), September wedding to organise, scuba diving holiday (and diet to fit into wetsuit) :T , cousin's wedding to attend, Limited company to set up, books and other stuff to list on eBay, garden to finish and laser eye surgery its not going to be a quiet "break"!
I have a list as long as my arm of my Todos - I am a terrible list writer but I do get most things done.
I hope everyone has a happy, productive day.
Thanks to MSE, I am mortgage free!

Good Morning All
Many Happy Returns to Stefejb & Mr Churchmouse.
(((Hugs))) to Emmy - hope you feel better soon.
Didnt get on at all at the weekend so hope everyone is ok. Was busy running children about and making the most of the lovely weather.
Looks like is going to be nice here again today, will sit outside when I have my lunch but the rest of the day will be in my office, have decided that I really need to knuckle down in here this week. Hopefully will see some headway.
Have already done 1 load of washing and another in the machine. DW emptied & kitchen tidied. Thats if for today unless I get really stressed with paperwork and need to do some housework to chill!
No idea whats for dinner - will do that in a minute will sometime today write a mealplan for the week - havnt done that for ages. Builder didnt turn up at the weekend and wont be here till next week, not good but at least I know I can get in my own kitchen when I want. I know his wife doesnt clean and I dont think she cooks much either - he seems to think Im strange in that I cant cope for too long with concrete floors and non sealed worktops.
One last thing I am going to start slimming world tonight. I know its not exactly moneysaving and a few of you are doing by the thread on this forum but I cant trust myself to do that. Its much better that someone else weighs me as I know I would cheat otherwise. Think I want to lose a stone and a half - its easier this time of year I find with lovely strawberries and the like.
Anyway I have waffled on a bit - best get on - have a great day.0 -
She's doing well at the moment. Has now grown to a huge 15lbs...is getting heavy to hold. She's getting good at giggling / laughing now, loves her food (strong flavours only please), has rolled over (but only on the bed), and is starting work on pulling herself upwards....but can't hold a sitting position, so quickly collapses. Oh, and she can still talk for Britain.
sounds like lily's doing really well after that horrid scare. I had meningitis at 6 weeks - I have a really pretty photo of me from that time that my mum and dad were told to take to have something to remember me by  When I had some tests for soemthing else a few years back i was told that I have slightly slower reactions on one side (oh what's that thing that they bang a hammer on your knee to test
) but that's the only lasting effect. Hope it's the same for you
I am packing honest - just waiting for dd to get out of the bath so I can pack the toiletries
also forgot to say happy birthday to mr CM (is he 39 again again too?)
stefI'm going to feed our children non-organic food and with the money saved take them to the zoo - half man half biscuit 20080 -
