Just got results back from Mr T Price promise, 2 out of 5 receipts were cheaper elsewhere so got nearly £2 of vouchers to print off! I'm impressed! I wonder how far back you can go as I have a lot of old receipts hanging around!

So much for me not spending until Friday! Went into town today which I don't do very often but had to go to the bank. Popped into HB while I was there and got 4 tins of chopped toms for £1 and a jar of curry paste for 59p.
Also called in at poundstretcher to get some coat hangers for my newly organised and decluttered wardrobe
and saw 18 loo rolls for £2.99 or 2 packs for £5 so I got 2 packs which should keep us going for a while!
Signature update and keeping away from the shops now - too tempting:o

Another £6 today. We ran out of fruit so I popped to mr t and bought bananas apples clementines and a box of fish fingers for tomorrow's dinner for the kids. Fruit is so expensive *sigh*
Tomorrows dinner is sorted, so is Thursdays. Will do weekly shop on Friday or Saturday morning.0 -
I tried T's price promise for the first time yesterday after reading about it on here - 3 big receipts about £100 each but they were all cheapest at T. I should be pleased really that I haven't been ripped off shouldn't I!
Flapjack makers: I tried some the other day but it's really crumbly :-( Any suggestions to improve my recipe for next time? I would like it crunchy rather than chewy. TIA.
I had my T's delivery yesterday. I get one roughly every 10 days. Disappointed that it still came to £116, despite my more focussed efforts on cooking from scratch etc. I did stock up on baby food as DD's just started weaning so won't need so much of that next time. (I know I should be making my own baby food but I'm not in the swing of things yet, and still struggling with post natal depression so going easy on myself.)0 -
Watch out with not drinking milk - you need calcium to help avoid Osteoporosis. Take care!!
Thanks for your concerns - I had already thought about that but I still include a lot of yoghurt and cheese in my WW menus - the way I see it I would rather eat a yoghurt which I enjoy than use the points in coffee as it doesn't really make it taste that different to be honest - thanks again!May GC 433.32/ 350  Apr GC 263.43 /300

Another NSD for me - I am soooo pleased!
Kids all had leftover pasta for lunch and home made cookies from the freezer - DH & I had HM bread sandwiches for lunch then all had chilli & rice for tea.
Got to take the car in tomorrow morning for a recall and have to wait as they have no car for me so I plan to pop into the local MrT for some Flora on BOGOF and then have a bit of a mooch to check out some prices, so def not an NSD tomorrow.May GC 433.32/ 350  Apr GC 263.43 /300
